Established by a foster parent and a social worker in 1994, in a small office in the Worcestershire countryside, FCA has since become one of the largest independent fostering agencies in the country. As part of the Polaris Community, we are pioneers within the fostering field, working closely with local authorities to provide caring and stable homes for looked after children.
Our core vision has always been to make a positive and lasting difference for children, families and communities, and our dedicated team works hard to transform the lives of the children we support. We have a committed team of passionate individuals, which includes social workers, education advisors, therapists and fostering advisors, as well as those in our central teams of HR, Finance, Training, Marketing and Recruitment.
